Online Training
from desire to reality

We provide online training sessions for our Candidates. It is the first and obligatory stage of the employment process. The online training session replaces the basic interview process. Only those who successfully pass the training period are invited to a Zoom conference call with the company representatives. The training is virtual. Our HR-Coordinator will be assisting you through email and phone.

Remote Operation Client Manager

The Remote Operation Client Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of client operations in a remote environment.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient workflows, timely delivery of services, and the resolution of any operational challenges.

The Remote Operation Client Manager is pivotal in maintaining high client satisfaction and streamlining processes to meet both client needs and company goals.

Job Duties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing communication and expectations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency operations related to client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that workflows align with client specifications.
  • Identify potential operational issues and proactively work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and performance metrics to provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables meet high-quality standards and that any deviations from agreed terms or quality benchmarks are quickly addressed.
  • Manage client onboarding, including ensuring clients are fully briefed on processes and technologies to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in services, foster long-term relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Remote Project Manager

The Remote Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations, company standards, and deadlines.

This role requires a combination of leadership, organization, and strategic thinking to manage remote teams and ensure the smooth delivery of projects in a virtual environment.

Job Duties
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure that all aspects of the project align with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Lead and manage remote project teams, assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, and ensuring team members are equipped to execute their responsibilities effectively.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that projects are completed within budget. Track expenditures and adjust resource allocation as needed.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure all milestones are met on schedule. Adjust and optimize project timelines as necessary to meet client needs.
  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks early, and develop mitigation plans to address these challenges and minimize project disruptions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project status, progress, and any changes.
  • Ensure that the project meets quality standards and client specifications. Review deliverables before submission to guarantee that they align with agreed-upon goals.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Work with both clients and internal teams to find solutions and keep projects on track.
